1. Java Programmers (2 Positions)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in developing large-scale, complex, web based applications for mission critical business processes, built on the cutting edge technology platforms including Java, EJB, XML, Web Sphere, Hibernate, Springs, TomCat, JBOSS, Web Logic and RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server, MYSQL or DB2.

Ideal candidate will have:

6 to 8 years of hands on experience with multiple technologies including Java, EJB, JSP and Serve lets based on J2EE architecture, Struts (MVC) framework, XML and HTML and Java Application Server Technologies such as Websphere, Jboss, Tomcat, WebLogic.
Minimum of 1 year of Relational Database experience including Oracle or SQL Server or MySQL.
Background with BSS/OSS systems - Billing, Customer Care, and Order Processing Workflow products is preferred.
Must be a team player and must have excellent written & verbal skills.
Must work at least 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Ability to balance development effort across multiple projects and in a multi-tasked fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop commercially acceptable product suite.
Must be detail-oriented and must be able to give carry out development independently.
Emphasis on Graphical User Interface (GUI) and server side development.
Professional experience conducting user-centric design activities involving enterprise software.
Proficient in UML and other modeling techniques.
A bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent.

2. Senior Oracle DBA (1 Position)

SecuCloud is currently seeking an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) for a 6-9 months contract at our Silicon Valley Office. In this role, the ideal candidate will possess solid core database administration skills, be available off hours, and have on-call and production support responsibilities.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have;

Excellent communications skills and team player.
Minimum 5+ years Oracle Database Administration. Experience on Solaris primarily 10g oracle version.
24x7 production support experience is a required.
Experience with oracle installations, patches.
Experience in following RMAN backups and disaster recovery is must.
Good understanding of SQL tuning, monitoring
Ability to write Unix Shell and PL/SQL scripting.
Experience in writing PL/SQL scripting.
Proficient in various Oracle partitioning schemes, Parallelism etc.
