Our quality management system defines the approaches and responsibilities that are necessary to satisfy the expectations and requirements of our customers and partners and ensure a consistently high level of quality at all times.
Our in-house quality management system is subject to an ongoing improvement process based on compliance with the ISO-9001:2015 standard. This ensures that customers receive consistently high quality products and services from us.
Consistent orientation to the ISO-9001 standard is our highest priority.
ISO 27001:2015 is the leading international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It set outs the requirements for the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of information security management systems (ISMS).
ISO 27017:2015 complements ISO 27001:2015 and ensures that our customers’ data in the cloud is protected against third-party access, that it is secure against third-party adulteration and only the customer can access it at any time. This covers all aspects of data security in the cloud.
ISO 27018:2014 is dedicated to data protection in the cloud. Secucloud ensures that personally identifable information (PII) – i.e. the data of the end customer – is protected against access by third parties. The standard contains numerous information, control and verification obligations that Secucloud provides to customers. ISO 27018:2014 is also compliant to the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPA), which will come into force across the EU in 2018.
As an experienced specialist for cloud-based security, it goes without saying that we consistently work in compliance with the guidelines of ISO/IEC 27001 as well as ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018.
The ISO 22301:2014 standard specifies the requirements that need to be satisfied to be able to successfully plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continually improve a documented business continuity management system, and how to put measures in place to prevent and react to disruptions and to recover from them as a company when they arise.
